Our Maintenance department is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of Vestas wind turbines,
We looking for a Technician Safety Training Support, to develop the technical skills and employability of our employees.

**Responsibilities**

In collaboration with the HR department, Managers of our Maintenance Centre and the Vestas Internal Training Centre, you will be responsible for:
Management of technical training:

- Collect technical training needs (short and long term),
- You will also be responsible for the management of the technical training: collect the technical training needs (short and long term), define an annual training plan according to the pedagogical path defined by the group, and the technical needs defined locally,
- Organize training courses (convening, registration, follow-up, invoicing, etc.)
- Evaluate the quality of training and propose improvements based on feedback
- Determine training priorities and arbitrate according to operational and organizational constraints.
- carry out operational monitoring of new technical training needs (feedback from the field, technical developments) and define specifications (find a supplier, negotiate)
- Carrying out administrative and budgetary monitoring of training courses

Development of school relations (internships and apprenticeships)
In collaboration with the recruitment and HR managers, develop the loyalty of existing school partnerships and identify new ones, in order to strengthen our employer brand and our ability to attract students.
- Coordinate the schools network and create a network of former students
- Define a policy for Coordinating/inducting interns and work-study students (in accordance with the HSE requirements in force)
- Be the point of contact and handle the career path of trainees and alternates throughout their periods in the company
- Carrying out administrative follow-up (internship agreements, work-study contracts, legal declarations)

Coordinating the Vestas training school (Vestas Campus) with our external partner:

- Develop the school
- Develop the educational content according to operational needs
- Increase awareness of the Vestas school to enhance its attractiveness
- Supervise the life of the students during their training at Vestas (reception, administrative management, contact point, etc.)

**Qualifications**
You have a degree in human resources or an equivalent level acquired through experience. You have experience in training management, in an industrial or maintenance environment. Good general knowledge (law, finance, business management and IT)
- Good knowledge of the SAP software package
- Solid knowledge of the Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Outlook and the Internet
- Proficiency in French and good level of English (language of the Group)
- Office tools and good level of Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Experience in the daily use of an ERP (preferably SAP)

**Human and technical skills**
- We are looking for a person who is sensitive to technical training, who understands digital communication tools
- With good communication skills, motivated, involved and structured, able to take initiatives, organize several files at once and work in a team, good organizational skills
- Frequent travel (Schools, Vestas Maintenance Centres, Montpellier HQ)
