**Your missions**
We are looking for an Event Communication Apprentice to join the consulting team at Klaxit by Blablacar Daily. Your role will be to organize, animate and support customers’ employees in using daily carpooling as model mass transit with an other member in apprenticeship.
You will be reporting to the event manager and working with a team of event which directly report consulting B2B & B2G team.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Communication: Take the lead in producing communication kits. Develop and order print materials using Adobe InDesign.
- Logistics: Book transportation and accommodations. Manage equipment and inventory. Recruit, train, and coordinate external facilitators.
- Animation: Conduct workshops at all our partner companies in France. Perform product demonstrations and provide support to new users. Facilitate virtual workshops (webinars).
- Follow-up: Highlight results, provide feedback to the team, and propose optimizations.
- Core topics: Train and support new arrivals (interns) and manage cross-functional projects internally.
**Your Qualifications**:
- You’re an energetic and motivated person who wants to increase public awareness of our carpooling solutions
- You enjoy traveling and can travel up to three times per week throughout the country
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from othersYou are organized, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment
- Excellent (native or equivalent) French skills, good English skills
- Nice to have: team spirit to assist colleagues during business trip in any situations
- Comfortable with Indesign and Photoshop DTP software is a plus
