Looking for an exciting apprenticeship in a software **impact** company? We, Deepki, are currently looking for a **Sales Administrator **in Paris.
As a key contact, you will be the voice of the company to its customers. You will analyse and understand the administrative workings and challenges of each customer.
Working closely with the sales team, you'll be responsible for guaranteeing customer satisfaction and maintaining a maximum level of administrative service.
**MISSIONS**:
- Monitoring a portfolio of customers (invoicing/reminders/requests for information)
- Monitoring new customer contracts (administrative aspects: invoicing, etc.) and manage existing contracts and their proper administrative execution in conjunction with the teams
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, processes and best practice at all stages of the at all stages of the sales process
- Maintain an up-to-date database of customers' administrative contacts in the invoicing software, renewal periods, etc.
- Helping to keep financial and commercial management tools up to date in relation to customer invoicing and collection
- Working with the various parties involved, both inside and outside the company in the sales process, guaranteeing deadlines and conformity of service performance.
**PROFILE**:
- Native/bilingual proficiency in French is required.
- Fluent English is required (Italian and Spanish would be a plus)
- You have an aptitude for IT tools (Excel) and a taste for figures.You have a flair for customer relations and teamwork.
- An interest in the energy transition will be highly valued.
- With a degree (Bac +4/Bac+5), you have experience in Sales Administration B to B sales.
