Support Technician

**The Opportunity**
- Handle incoming or outgoing calls and update tracking tools.
- Trigger maintenance interventions appropriately and monitor their execution in coordination with the Sales and Client Service teams.
- Become the technical point of reference for Catalina Linux and Windows environments.
- Ensure that this level of Hotline store service meets the expectations of clients, both internally and at the point of sale.
- Guarantee the integrity and functioning of production systems.
- Promote the sharing of experience and the flow of information within the team and/or with other departments.
- Contribute to the development of team expertise and facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
- Participate in the implementation and drafting of operational procedures.
- Promote the company’s image (our service quality, culture, style, and leadership) both internally and with clients or providers.

**Qualifications**
- Educational background: High school diploma (Bac) or Bac+2 in Management IT or Industrial IT.
- At least 1 year of professional experience (including internships and/or apprenticeships) in an IT Technician N1/N2 role.
- Windows environments (advanced), Office (basic), and Linux (basic).
- Windows Batch (basic); DOS commands (basic); Linux Batch (appreciated).
- Network knowledge: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN.
- The job is in French but English with a minimum technical level is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Dynamism, openness to others, and curiosity.
