DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As a Director of Technical Services, you will play a strategic role in shaping and delivering technical service solutions for our clients and partners across the French market. You will act as a key liaison between commercial, technical teams, ensuring excellence in execution, innovation in solutions, and strong alignment with business objectives.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team of Cybersecurity Engineers, guiding them in designing value-driven solutions that address evolving customer needs, while fostering technical excellence and growth within the team.

As the Director of Technical Services, you will:

  • ​Collaborate closely with the Sales teams to support business development through impactful presentations, technical demonstrations, solution design, and preparation of technical proposals and responses to public and private tenders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strong technical leadership and a deep understanding of customer needs, aligning them with the most effective and innovative service solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Cybersecurity Engineers, Trainers and Technicians, ensuring effective workload distribution, technical upskilling, and continuous alignment with business strategy.
  • ​Boost team performance and operational effectiveness and continuous alignment with business strategy.
  • Create tailored services for the channel ecosystem.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality technical services, managing relationships with external partners and service providers to ensure performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and System Integrators in the development and promotion of "as-a-service" (AAS) solutions, leveraging your technical expertise and market understanding.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations of recurring service offerings to clients and partners—both remotely and in person.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Director of Technical Services: ​

  • ​Strong knowledge of Networking technologies, and Networks Security including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Firewalls, NAC, etc..
  • Experience in Cybersecurity, including Endpoint Security, Vulnearability Management, IAM, Threat Intelligence etc
  • Broad understanding of core hardware, software, and cloud technologies and architectures.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and CRM platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the channel partner landscape
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing technical teams, ideally in a Presales or Customer Engineering context.
  • Strong commercial awareness and proven experience in supporting sales teams, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Track record in business development, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial value propositions.
  • A strong passion for technology and innovation in Networking, ICT, and Cybersecurity. Your enthusiasm in vendor and client interactions will be key to your success.
  • A growth mindset, with the ability and desire to constantly improve and upskill, including participation in tailored training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong result orientation and the ability to lead with a consultative and goal-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
