**Job Description Summary**:

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Working with the Sales, Technical Support, and Corporate Operations Teams to ensure orders are entered, shipped, and confirmed in a timely manner.
- Submit and process customer and internal orders in the enterprise resource planning system.
- Manage communications to customers and to internal departments as needed.
- Participate and provide recommendations in continuous improvement discussions.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous experience in Order Processing or Customer Service is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
