Nous recrutons pour une entreprise internationale des conseillers clients turcophones pour son bureau de **Lisbonne**.

**Le poste est basé à Lisbonne au Portugal**

Vos missions:

- Fournir une assistance avant et après-vente pour tous les produits en libre-service.
- Améliorer l'expérience et la satisfaction des annonceurs et résoudre les problèmes techniques

Votre Profil:

- Natif en turc, à l'oral et à l'écrit. Maîtrise de l'anglais (au moins niveau B2).
- Minimum 6 mois d'expérience dans des fonctions de service à la clientèle
- Vous avez le droit de travailler dans l'UE ou le statut de résident portugais.
- Bonnes connaissance du Pack Office.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante, tout en ayant l'esprit d'équipe.
