**Project Lead Engineer**:

As a Project Lead Engineer (M/F/d), you will be responsible to ensure technical coordination of project implementation. You will also be responsible for defining the technical architecture, designing technical solutions, scheduling tasks and managing budgets. You will be involved in project commissioning.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define the composition of the technical project team with the project manager (skills, availability).
- Define the project's technical requirements (hardware, software, human resources, etc.)
- Participate in drawing up the project schedule with the project manager
- Conduct studies for all or part of the customer project, including calculation notes, sizing, equipment selection, functional analysis, organic architecture analysis, single line diagrams, developed diagrams, etc.
- Functionally supervise a technical team of several people (service technicians, service engineers, external service providers)
- Lead team technical reviews and arbitrate on technical choices
- Ensure technical acceptance (FAT /SAT) with the customer
- Coordinate and optimize project completion times
- Recommend, through his technical expertise, the best technical solutions and arbitrate if necessary on the final solution.
- Participate in commissioning with technical teams.
- On site, ensure the safety of ABB teams and subcontractors, and conduct site audits.
- Provide technical training for the customer
- Actively contribute to project closure with the project manager
- Identify new opportunities for ABB with the customer, and communicates this information to internal teams (sales, project managers, etc.).

**Your background**:

- Degree in electrical engineering and automation
- At least 7 years' industry-recognized experience
- English read, written and spoken
- Knowledge of the maritime environment is a plus
- Behavioral skills: Autonomy / Results orientation / Synthesis / Rigor / Teamwork / Analytical skills
