The Credit Portfolio and Resource Management (CPRM) department is responsible for active management (risk, RWA, liquidity) of financing for Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) in relation to all its business lines. The department comprises portfolio teams, analytics & insights and SAO (Strategic Allocation Optimisation).

As part of the Portfolio Management Corporate France/EMEA team, you are responsible for a portfolio of large and mid-caps. You will ensure that your missions below are closely linked to the coverage and risk teams in accordance with internal procedures (risks, decisions, regulations and compliance):
On a daily basis, your tasks include:

- Prepare credit files for grants, annual reviews and waivers and WatchList sheets within the given time frame;
- Analyze credit risk, track and anticipate pro-styleactivates the risk on your portfolio’s Corporate counterparties by formalising a credit note for decision-making bodies;
- Propose and revise internal rating;
- Develop the sector expertise on the portfolio under consideration in connection with its sector binomial and the industry and senior bankers;
- Issue a portfolio opinion for new corporate financing transactions entering the portfolio (profitability, portfolio track-record, secondary liquidity, sectoral benchmark) and express the opinion at the various instances;
- Participate in the active management of the financing portfolio through secondary disposals, particularly as part of the periodic review of the portfolio in a risk-anticipating and optimisation logic.

As part of your assignments, you will be in regular contact with the coverage, risk, special cases and other CPRM teams, as well as participating in certain internal committees or customer meetings.

From a higher education in finance, you have first experience in a similar function. You are recognized for your financial analysis and knowledge of business financing.

You are proficient in:

- Financial analysis;
- Corporate financing;
- Pack Offices tools.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Rigorous and proactive;
- Recognized for your synthesis, reliability and adaptability;
- Organized and able to manage short deadlines.

You have a C1 level of English.
