Details of the role and how it fits into the team
You will be part of the Global Corporate Coverage team in France within the Corporate Bank who covers French Headquarter clients and their international subsidiaries across the world. As assistant, you will provide the core support that facilitates the working of the Relationship manager and the Head of the team.
Your key responsibilities
- Classic assistantship tasks (diary/meeting management, taking notes, and writing minutes, making travel arrangements, managing and tracking expense reports, etc.)
- Providing administrative and logístical support in organizing meetings, travels, and missions
- Handling calls in English and French
- Administrative secretarial duties: file archiving and filing, invoicing management, ordering supplies
- Organizing events: invitations, hosting, catering, logistics
Your skills and experience
- Bac +2 minimum
- 4 to 7 years of seniority in the same kind of role
- Preferably having previous experience in the Banking sector
- Fluent in both French and English
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Pack Office
