**Junior Developer Support Engineer freelancer **to join the
** Area 51 team and Logistics tribe** (within the Operations domain) at
**vpTech** for a

This role is hybrid based in Brussels or Paris.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist, advise and guide the users and level 1 support for technical issues
- Propose solutions and/or technical recommendations
- Execute temporary work around solutions to known issues when needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Monthly analysis routine with the product and training teams
- Inform users about the technical maintenance
- Launch an alert when the tools are unavailable for the users

**Your profile**:

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English both written and oral (mandatory). French or Dutch is a plus
- Strong knowledge in C# and SQL (required)
- Experience with ticketing platforms and communication tools
- Experience with Github (or other source control)
- Experience with logging tools.
- The following knowledge or experience are a plus : Angular and Ionic, WMS or logistics processes, Kibana and Elastic Search.
