Technical Leader Design For Test (DFT) - H/F
Basé à Rousset
(Poste ouvert sur plusieurs sites de STMicroelectronics France et possibilité de Full Remote)
Diplômé d’une formation d’ingénieur ou équivalent, vous disposez idéalement d’une expérience confirmée dans le domaine du semi-conducteur. Aussi, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience en simulation (NCSIM/VCS), savez idéalement insérer du SCAN et de la logique de BIST et vous êtes familiers aux protocoles JTAG, programmation Perl, Python, C/C++ ou TCL.
Disposer d’un anglais professionnel est nécessaire pour ce poste.
Doté d’une aisance relationnelle et d’un bon niveau d’écoute, vous êtes force de proposition et savez-vous montrer moteur dans une équipe. - Notre cabinet de conseil en Ressources Humaines, MAC ERCI international, est spécialisé dans le recrutement de profils à haut potentiel (Experts, Managers, Cadres Dirigeants ) présents dans l’univers de l’Engineering et Innovation.
Rattaché au sous-groupe RFC, vous serez intégré au sein de l’équipe Design composée de 7 ingénieurs, intervenant sur l’ensemble du groupe pour la mise en production d’une grande variété de produits.
En tant qu’interlocuteur central de notre organisation, et pour renforcer l’équipe en place, vous aurez pour rôle principal de définir, d’implémenter et de vérifier les solutions de Design For Test sur les technologies les plus avancées. Vous participerez également à l'industrialisation des produits finis.
Votre rôle de Leader de projet, vous amène à gérer l’équipe projet DFT (planning, répartition des tâches, reporting, suivi, mise en place des KPI ), assurer les spécifications de l’architecture DFT, les insertions Scan, les vérifications DFT jusqu’à la livraison des solutions auprès des équipes Engineering et support.
Dans ce cadre, vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes Engineering, Design, Vérification, Firmware en France mais aussi à l’étranger. Selon votre évolution et expérience, vous pouvez bien évidemment être en contact direct avec le client final.
