**Mission**:
To support the Chief Communications officer, we are looking for a Communications Manager to help develop the overall communications strategy and implement key projects:
**Implementation of an innovative internal communications strategy**:

- Work as business partner to departments to design, optimise and deploy the various internal communication tools/media, ensuring that they are consistent with the company's strategy, aligned with the graphic identity
- Deploy, update and optimise the intranet so that it becomes the reference support for internal communication
- Co-ordinate editorial and distribute the internal newsletter,
- Participate in the successful integration of new arrivals (photos, goodies, communication).
- Plan and organise key internal events

**Support Chief Communications Officer in the implementation of the external communications strategy**:

- Participate in the development of new initiatives and support implementation of editorial plan, development of corporate materials (powerpoints, videos, content messaging) and manage webmastering of corporate site.
- Implementation of KPIs and analytics measures to measure progress of communications plan and monitor the industry.

**Participate in the development and deployment of the employer branding**:

**Qualifications**:
You are bilingualEnglish/French : TreeFrog's particularly for writing : internal and external communications are in English. Also, some of our froggies are English speakers, so you'll be working with people who speak English. If you're not completely at ease in spoken English, that's not a problem, you'll be trained and you can count on the CCO, who is bilingual.

You have a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications/Marketing and at least 6 years’experience in building and deploying communications campaigns in an international environment.

We are looking for someone with creativity to develop innovative ideas and find inspiration. You have the ability to manage and unite a variety of players. Your knowledge of Graphic Design will help you to create support.

If you've never worked in the life sciences before, that's no problem. You'll have plenty of training and interaction with our scientists to better understand our activity, their work and their needs.
