**About the job**

We are looking for an IT Support Technician based in to join the IT Helpdesk Team.
- Your main mission will be to ensure we deliver the IT equipment, tools, and help our colleagues from their onboarding to any other everyday request (new tools, access changes, use of their equipment like a notebook, internally developed tools, or remote tools).

Based in Paris, you will take care of more than 500 employees using MacBooks, Linux Laptops, iPhones, meeting equipment and offer advanced training programs for the most demanding of Scalers (in Paris, Lille, or our data centers around Paris) in a very technical and challenging environment.

You will be responsible for preparing hardware and software before employee onboarding, delivering access, and ensuring that every Scaleway employee gets the high-quality service they need on a day-to-day basis within the company.

**Technical stack & tools we use**:

- MacOS/Linux
- Google Workplace/Service Desk/Atlassian Suite/Slack
- Wifi (Ubiquiti/Cisco)/Switches/Meeting rooms equipment (Webex..)

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Knowledge of current networking standards and wireless technologies

**Responsibilities**:

- Helping ensure our internal workplace tools are operational via access and system administration
- Helping support team on all of their IT needs across a variety of platforms, including Mac, Linux, iOS
- Inventory management of workplace IT assets (notebook & mobile phones)

**Localisation**:
This position is based in Paris.
