Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking an experienced **Desktop Support Technician L2** to provide exceptional IT support to a global companies based in Paris. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge technology.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide advanced **Level 2 support** for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware (Lenovo, Dell, HP), software, and peripherals.
- Provide remote support using **Ultraviewer** or similar tools.
- Manage and respond to service tickets through various ticketing systems.
- Offer excellent customer service, ensuring mínimal downtime for users.
- Assist in setting up and troubleshooting basic network issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain clear documentation of technical procedures and support tickets.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **2-3 years of experience** in a similar Desktop Support L2 role.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with **Lenovo, Dell, and HP** hardware.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools such as **Ultraviewer** or similar software.
- Knowledge of any ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow or others).
- Strong understanding of customer service and ability to handle client-facing situations with professionalism.
- **CompTIA** or other relevant IT certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
