**Key Responsibilities**:
Engage with customers over multiple channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with precision and care.
Ensure timely and effective communication regarding shipping operations, delivery schedules, and any other customer needs.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the smooth transition of services and ensure all customer requirements are met.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of CMA CGM’s services and product offerings to provide informed solutions to our customers.
Handle customer feedback gracefully, utilising it to drive improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the management team to uphold service contracts and performance indicators.
Document all customer interactions accurately to enhance team efficiency and contribute to knowledge sharing.
**About You**:
We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills and demonstrates a passion for customer service. Ideally, you will have:
A background in customer service or support, preferably within a logistics or shipping environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering solutions.
The capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Fluency in both French and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
