**TASKS**

We offer you the opportunity to join a professional and dynamic team, and to face the challenge of our growth together.

As an accountant, you will be part of the “General Ledger” team that is in charge of:
**Activity 1**:Monthly reconcile the BS accounts of all Cies.

**Activity 2**:Follow up on the open items in order to clean the accounts.

**Activity 3**:Preparing and checking the VAT accuracy in order to be compliant with the Fiscal administration

**Activity 4**:Recording the bank statements.

**Activity 5**:Preparing some payments related to the expense notes & VAT.

**Activity 6**:Handle the fixed assets part.

**Activity 7**:Recording the I/C invoices + follow up.

**Activity 8**:ISOC & comptes annuels preparation

**Activity 9**:Several tasks linked to accounting:
**Activity 10**:Back up during holidays period to enlarge your scope of responsibilities

**MUST HAVE skills**
- Bachelor in Accountancy - more than 3 year’s experience.
- . You have a good command of English and mandatory fluent French.
- . You have experiences in VAT declaration/review & ISOC preparation
- . You have a thorough knowledge of analytical accounting
- . You have a very good knowledge of Excel & Google sheets.
- . Adaptable & flexible
- . Team player and at ease with numbers
- . You are accessible and communicative but discrete and reliable at the same time.
- . You have an eye for detail and finish tasks accurately.
- . You love to work in a fast-paced environment
