Join a team of passionate people who build quality and responsible advertising, at scale **Our Performance Team**: The Performance Team helps brands to reach their performance advertising goals with the highest quality standards. The team aims to offer sustainable mid and lower-funnel performance (i.e. being able to tell Nike for how many shoes they sold with an ad campaign), in a standardized and scalable way. The team is involved in all components of an ad campaign: from planning, through delivery, optimization, measurement, reporting. The specificity of the team is to intervene/operate on the widest possible scope of advertising. **What will you do?**: As a **Staff Engineer**, your missions will be to: - Lead, contribute, mentor and work alongside a team of talented engineers to deliver challenging projects successfully - Impulse, drive and be an inspiring individual contributor of technical initiatives meeting the increasingly complex requirements for our products and engineering tools - Anticipate product, business and technical impacts of projects - Evaluate and make decisions around the use of new or existing technologies and tools - Contribute actively to the engineering culture **What will you bring to the team?**: - Solid background in Front-End and API development, utilizing Typescript, Angular, and/or React. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. You are an active listener and a dialogue facilitator, you know how to explain your decision and like sharing your knowledge. - Multiple shipped projects in Software Engineering. **Our main Engineering challenges at Teads**: - Build **efficient and easy-to-use web products** used by thousands of users working for the world's most premium publishers, advertisers, and agencies. - **Rich and diverse tech stack and system architecture** to optimize for **performance, scalability, resiliency**, and cost efficiency.
