**Job description**:
As Product Support Manager, you will be responsible for the product support of our client's product range, both internally (field teams, different business units, technical documentation, spare parts activity) also in support of the after-sales service operations of the different dealers
**Role and responsibilities**
- You will provide second-level support to troubleshooting teams and advice on highly technical & priorities from the warranty department;
- You will ensure that the after-sales support (service, warranty, parts, and technical documentation) is ready for the launch of any new product;
- You will identify technical issues from field/warranty feedback, take necessary action to isolate the root cause, and provide technical solutions;
- Propose technical solutions related to troubleshooting/problem solving;
- Provide technical updates to field teams on technical issues;
- Train new troubleshooters on maintenance processes and procedures, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
**Required profile**:
- Engineering degree or similar qualification acquired in the field;
- Recognized technical expertise in mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics;
- Experience acquired within a manufacturer or dealer of similar equipment on product support aspects in the field (diagnosis, repairs) but also from an engineering point of view (quality process, different types of maintenance);
- Strong IT skills (MS Office, Salesforce, systems integrations);
- Development/revision of technical documents;
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings of parts;
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology will be a big advantage;
- Language requirements: French and English;
- Excellent communication skills to work with the various structures of the group;
- 5+ years of experience in a similar sole is required.
