Duties And Responsibilities
- Sales Reporting
- Authoring and issuing market sales reports as required
- Collating data from heterogeneous sources and aggregating into various systems and databases
- Maintaining the integrity and consistency of the data warehouse
- Cleansing where necessary
- Sales Incentive Plans
- Own the process on producing sales data for the incentive plans
- Setting and sense-checking sales force targets
- Measuring and tracking sales force performance in sales and activity
- Product the performance vs target reports
- Medical Excellence
- Issuing Medical activities reports
- Measuring and tracking KOL engagement Plan
- Measuring and tracking PAG engagement Plan
- Informed Decision Making
- Produce analysis of our customer trends, CRM system outputs
- Supporting new product launches
- Identifying and investigating discrepancies
- Presenting insight to the various sales and marketing teams
- Business Planning
- Design and develop robust sales forecast models, support the 10-year forecast exercise and communicate to Teams the related assumptions to drive new commercial opportunities and anticipate products sales potential
- CRM activities
- Developing a new CRM reporting (Power BI)
- Ensure Data quality of the database
- Working closely with sales team and Business Units to identify needs / user pain points all along the user journey
- Measuring sales force performance: defining & monitoring of KPIs (reporting’s & ad’hoc analysis)
- Continuous improvement Identifying and implementing methods of delivering new reporting

**Education**:

- Experience in commercial excellence, SFE or business analytics with a university degree (Master 2 type) or other relevant education

Knowledge, experience and skills:

- Curious, rigorous and determined
- Business partnering experience & team player
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide business insight
- Detail-orientated with the ability to provide high-level overview
- Excellent communicator with the ability to clearly relate complex and sometimes technical ideas to colleagues of all technical abilities.
- Must have the ability to question own data and critique their own conclusions
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory to interact frequently with EU & US Teams
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (e.g. Gers, Xponent, IMS/IQVIA,). Advanced Excel Skills and knowledge of other MS Software systems (Word and PowerPoint).
- Experienced with analytical software such as Power BI.
