**Your mission in the team and what you will learn**:
As chief of staff to the General Manager of Luko Real Estate (Luko RE), you’ll be at the heart of one of the most strategic business lines at Luko

Your key mission is to support the General Manager (GM) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Luko Real Estate (ex-Unkle) in their day-to-day activities, from business and financial planning to strategic initiatives design and execution. You’ll be working alongside all the teams of Luko RE.

Your missions will include, for example:

- Help to draft analysis on business targets;
- Update business plan structure and figures;
- Conduct benchmarks of our main competitors;
- Help the different teams in analyzing their performance;
- Map real estate players across the industry value chain.

**What do we recommend to be successful?**:

- You have strong quantitative analytical skills and you are very comfortable with data (advanced Excel skills is a must);
- You are a problem-solver, able to break down any topic according to a framework;
- You have strong written and oral communication skills;
- You are structured and organized with a synthesis mindset;
- You are always proactive, solutions-oriented, autonomous, and driven;
- You are a high-achiever comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
- You demonstrate curiosity and a desire to grow and learn.

**What does your profile look like?**:

- **End of study 6 months internship or apprenticeship (6 months / 6 months) **as part of a Master (business/engineering school or university)
- At least **1 year of previous experience **(internship or apprenticeship)
- Previous **experience in M&A, strategy, consulting, VC**:

- Generalist with **strong analytical and business sense** (no need for experience in insurance)
- Language skills required**:English and French mandatory**
