The SQE Manager for Doors is responsible for overseeing and managing the safety, quality, and environmental activities within the Doors division. This role ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, drives continuous improvement in safety, quality, and environmental performance, and supports the leadership team in implementing and maintaining best practices.

Your missions will focus on three main areas:
**Safety Management**:

- Implement, maintain, and improve the safety management system, ensuring worker, user, and third-party safety.
- Set safety objectives, roles, and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate ownership of safety by role-modelling and cultivating a safety-first culture.
- Provide professional support, drive management commitment, and encourage active worker participation.
- Establish and manage safety committees and forums.
- Participate in global safety team meetings and contribute to safety initiatives.
- Compile, maintain, and improve safety documentation and monitor its usage.
- Initiate and implement programs to improve safety performance.
- Support the development and exercise of crisis and emergency response plans.

**Quality Management**:

- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
- Manage incident investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to ensure quality standards are met.
- Promote and deploy quality as part of the company strategy and proactive quality culture.

**Environmental Management**:

- Implement and maintain environmental management systems.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits.
- Develop and implement programs to reduce environmental impact.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics.
- Promote environmental awareness and best practices within the organization.

**Your profile**:

- M.Sc., Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of working experience in safety, quality, or environmental management, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and the local language.
