**About the job**

As Kitchen Commis, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Receive, store, and organize food products in the refrigerator
- Prepare preliminary ingredients for dish preparation
- Peel, cut, and clean vegetables according to quality standards
- Cook and reheat dishes
- Plate and send out dishes
- Organize and plan kitchen activities
- Clean and maintain workstations and kitchen equipment

**As Commis we expect from you**:

- Fluency in French
- Holder of a CAP/BEP diploma in cooking or equivalent qualification
- First similar experience in the hospitality/restaurant sector
- Strong team spirit and good organizational skills
- Adaptable and detail-oriented, rigorous and attentive to quality
