Product Designer

**What you'll do**:
Docusign is seeking a Junior Product Designer to help us expand our identity verification and international digital signature offerings. You will be working on products and features that help clients comply with local e-signature and digital agreement requirements.

This position is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Design.

**Responsibility**
- Champion design thinking, pushing yourself to explore big ideas before narrowing in on feasible, inventive solutions that sweat the small details
- Partner with product management, engineering, user research and tech writers to define the product direction, own the design execution and measure ongoing improvements
- Participate and help run cross-functional design thinking workshops
- Produce deliverables for every stage of the design process - storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual assets for web and mobile
- Utilize and contribute new patterns to Docusign’s design system to maintain scalable design across our product ecosystem
- Leverage all data points like analytics and research to inform your work but rely on your intuition to fill in the gaps
- Contribute to a creative, supportive culture for the entire Product Experience team

**Job Designation**:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

**What you bring**:
**Basic**
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Portfolio
- Entry level experience
- Awareness of and curiosity about interaction design, visual design and design thinking, prototyping and user research.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and InVision
- Professional-level French and English

**Preferred**
- Creative problem solver, deep thinker and natural communicator who clearly articulates design decisions and tells compelling stories that inspire action
- Belief that designers have a responsibility for what we put into the world and you care deeply about shipping work that reflects well on your team and your company’s brand
- Curious, open-minded and ego-free. You have a growth mindset and thrive on continuous learning
- Willing to work synchronously with team members across different countries and time zones
- Master’s Degree
