Cabinet de recrutement spécialisé en secteur IT, nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients:
**ACCOUNTING MANAGER - RESPONSABLE COMPTABLE**

Rattaché à la direction financière, vos missions principales sont les suivantes:

- L’encadrement et l’animation de l’équipe comptable.
- La supervision de la clôture comptable mensuelle et annuelle (normes IFRS et GAAP), la responsabilité du reporting financier mensuel pour le groupe (P&L, bilans, flux).
- La préparation des états financiers : bilan, liasse fiscale, situations comptables intermédiaires
- La gestion de la trésorerie, la comptabilité fournisseurs,
- La responsabilité de la conformité fiscale et de la paye, avec une dimension internationale.
- La consolidation des comptes et la supervision des dépôts de tous les documents (fiscaux, statutaires, juridiques).
- La participation aux activités de fusion et acquisitions nationales et internationales (intégration comptable, pilotage,) et ajustement des modèles sur les sociétés rachetées.
- La gestion des processus d’audits externes.
- Être force de proposition dans l’amélioration des processus comptables, des documentations, des rapports, la mise en œuvre de nouveaux outils.

**Profil recherché**:
H/F, De formation supérieure, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative d'au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire, avec un moins une expérience en filiale de groupes internationaux et des clôtures financières rapides.

Connaissance des normes comptables IFRS et des normes comptables françaises.

Vous avez une appétence pour le management d'équipe et les outils informatiques.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d'équipe, votre capacité d'adaptation et votre rigueur ;
Maitrise de logiciels comptables et ERP

Anglais courant indispensable.
