Build and deploy an life individual administration platform in the US market (main market for the L&H business unit) - Reengineer the treaty administration process - Build and deploy a retrocession administration platform and integrated claims management process - Support journey towards Agility In this context, L&H Operations are seeking a senior project manager, with a significant experience in the insurance / reeinsurance sector, and preferably in Operations and back office functions. Also, a strong structure and analytical mindset, is proficient in agile project methodology and has excellent communication skills and leadership qualities, within a true international context. **Senior Project Manager key responsibilities within an Agile organisation** - Define the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders, including the Product Owner and the Solution Owner - Develop a project plan and build a team organization, favoring on agile methodology (squad organization, sprints, agile ceremonies, definition of the MVP and subsequent increments ) - Measure performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Report and escalate to management as needed - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis - Ensure quality of deliveries, define and deploy adequate testing strategy **Foster use of agile project management techniques and tools within SCOR Life business teams** - **deploy within projects with business and IT teams **SGL Required Strategic Data Skillsets: **Data Science - **Able to demonstrate an understanding of what is data science and what data scientists do **Agile / SCRUM Methodology - **Has got experience in setting up and leading an Agile project.
