Présentes dans plus de 20 lieux dans le monde, les Expéditions Immersives rencontrent aujourd’hui un succès international._ - Excurio possède également une activité d’agence et accompagne les marques à mettre en avant leurs histoires et produits de manière innovante._ - Aujourd'hui, nous recherchons un(e) _**_Sales Administrator en alternance _**_pour rejoindre la _**_team Finance _**_et contribuer au suivi et à l’amélioration, de la relation client et financière de l’entreprise _ **Description du poste**: - Véritable bras droit des équipes Finance et Sales, tes missions seront à la croisée du _**_reporting_**_, de la _**_relation client _**_et du _**_contrôle financier _**: - ** Facturation**: créer, vérifier et envoyer les factures clients, dans le bon format, au bon moment. - ** Contrôle analytique**: assurer une affectation fine des données de facturation pour des reportings automatiques béton dans Power BI. - **Relation financière client**: être le point de contact principal sur les sujets de paiements, contrats et flux dès l’onboarding. - **Contrôle financier**: comparer le réel vs budget, identifier les écarts, co-construire budgets & forecasts avec les équipes commerciales. - **Suivi des encaissements**: piloter la balance âgée, mettre en place des relances intelligentes à plusieurs niveaux, jusqu’à escalade si besoin. - ** Rapprochements bancaires internationaux**: suivre les flux transfrontaliers (et leurs frottements monétaires & fiscaux ). - **Outils**: Excel (expert), Power BI (tu sais déjà t’en servir ou tu veux apprendre), Sellsy (si tu connais, c’est un plus). **Profil recherché**: - Tu prépares un Bac+4/5 en finance, contrôle de gestion, business analytics ou équivalent. - Tu es à l’aise avec les chiffres, Excel n’a plus de secret pour toi, et Power BI te parle. - Tu as un esprit structuré, analytique et orienté solution. - Tu sais créer du lien, expliquer clairement et t’adapter à différents interlocuteurs (commerciaux, clients, direction...). - Tu gères plusieurs dossiers en même temps sans perdre le cap. - Tu maîtrises le français et l’anglais (oral et écrit). > 3 ans
