**Redspher** is currently looking for a Legal Counsel to provide legal support for all our activities in the EMEA region and the United States. Diligence, high energy and business acumen are key success factors for this position, with great responsibility and a very exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing company in the digital and logistics area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Business Support:_
- Assist business teams in drafting, negotiating and executing commercial agreements
- Provide counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of all commercial matters
- Legal watch
- Corporate/Financing:_
- Oversee corporate secretary functions for 24 affiliates in the EMEA region and the US
- Provide legal support and coordination in M&A and corporate restructuring projects
- Draft and review financing agreements
- Compliance_:

- Ensure compliance with GDPR regulation
- Oversee anti-corruption program and compliance (Loi Sapin II)
- Ensure compliance with specific regulations/undertakings and security, especially in the transport area
- Real Estate:_
- Oversee real estate agreements for all offices of the Redspher Group (app. 35 different locations).
- Intellectual Property:_
- Manage IP portfolio (domain names, trademarks, models, patents).
- Litigation_:

- Oversee commercial litigations with external counsels.
- Insurance:_
- Oversee insurance agreements.

**Profile**
- Fully qualified French or European lawyer (Master 2 law degree preferably in international business, contract or corporate law).
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience gained with an international law firm or as an in-house counsel.
- Fluency in French and English is required, German is a plus.
- Excellent drafting, analytic and negotiation skills with a strong commercial sense and flexible hands-on approach to business, with the ability to be creative.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
