Senior Product Manager, CDI

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for developing the brand with a strong and ambitious plan for Orveda and you will be in charge of the growth of your lines with development supports teams and the 360-launch campaign management, you will also manage a product manager.

**Your main focus**:
Define Orveda 3Y INNOVATION PLAN
Be in charge of making your product categories grow by leading the product development process and designing powerful 360° activations in collaboration with all support teams.
Recommend new product concepts and develop the product mix for new projects with all the development support teams
Define the concept of the launch campaign and develop useful support elements to achieve a successful new product launch, in connection with the merchandising, digital, PR, training and Trade Marketing team, according to the timing and the quality.
Develop the brief for your campaign visuals and assets and you will be in charge of the execution of the Communication campaign in collaboration with Burberry Fashion House - from the creation of the Communication brief to the budget & legal contract management.

**In charge of performance tracking of your axis**:
Market share, turnover
Responsible for the budget in line with the approved P&L
Monitor the cost tracking, the margin objective and the profitability of the lines under responsibility.

You are a skincare addict, innovative, rigorous, business driven and a good team player to reinvent skincare products strategy and portfolio in a competitive environment. As an experienced Product Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
Have a 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field, MBA preferred
Have a 4-6 years of Marketing and/or related experience
Have a Global Marketing product development experience in Skincare Master the English language on a near native level,
