Senior Project Manager

**SUMMARY OF ROLE**

Based anywhere in Europe, the primary purpose of the role will be to deliver assigned high complex instrumentation projects, ensuring our contractual commitments are fulfilled whilst maximizing our customers satisfaction and achieving the internally agreed level of profitability

On assigned high complex projects the Senior Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for the customer on all commercial matters. The Senior Project Manager will utilize internal project execution and third-party resources, materials and services to deliver the assigned project scope within cost budget, agreed timescales and to the required quality. Those complex tier 3 type of projects will be placed in European countries.

**PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support and develop our ability to deliver FIV, MIV and MAC type contracts as a single entity
- Increase scope and profitability of projects and project schedule control, minimize hidden discounts
- Interface with all stakeholders and build business partnerships with personnel in the customer project team, attend customer/plant meetings as required, provide project financial forecasts and metrics
- Stimulate the change order process to ensure maximum project value is realized, create opportunity to increase scope through best practice
- Lead and manage internal and external project meetings to ensure customer requirement are disseminated and clearly understood by all supporting groups
- Ensure relevant project knowledge is transferred to all stakeholders. Produce and issue regular status reports to the customer as well as internal reporting to senior management.

**FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED**:

- Minimum 5 years professional working experience as Project Manager in Process Measurement and Automation
- University degree or equivalent
- Good knowledge of contractual and commercial aspects of projects
- Project Management experienced, PMP certified
- Flexibility with business travel
