- As Legal Counsel you contribute to the corporate governance of our French entities as well as the overall HZI Group
- As Compliance Officer you collaborate closely with our Legal Director Corporate & Compliance with onboarding checks (Know Your Customer)
- You administer the HZI Compliance training program
- You respond to and investigate ‘whistleblower’ alerts
- You prepare compliance reports for our Senior Management
- You provide legal support on special projects

**Your experiences**:

- You have a Masters’ degree in Law, ideally combined with some compliance trainings
- You have 3+ years’ experience in French corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, and compliance
- You have excellent written communication skills, an autonomous working style, and are able to balance risks and operational benefits
- You are self-motivated, eager to learn, resilient, calm, and discreet
- You are fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing
