We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Manager for our "Santé Animale" laboratory based in Moulins, France. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving growth, managing operations, and ensuring the success of the animal health business unit. - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business unit goals and objectives - Oversee daily operations of the animal health business unit, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness - Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the animal health sector - Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss responsibility - Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company objectives - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards - Drive product development and innovation initiatives to meet market demands **Sustainability matters to us**We are well on our way to achieving our objective of carbon neutrality by 2025, through a combination of emission reduction and compensation initiatives.
