Ipsen is looking for a **Global Customer Experience Senior Manager** to lead omnichannel strategies, build capabilities, and drive best practices across key brands and affiliates.
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Strategy & Execution**: Design and implement omnichannel engagement plans aligned with goals
- ** Customer Insights**: Leverage data to understand customer behaviors and drive tailored engagements
- ** Collaboration**: Work with global and local teams across medical, marketing, sales, and IT
- ** Innovation**: Utilize tools like the Digital Customer Framework (DCF) to enhance engagement
- ** Project Management**: Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives
- ** Stakeholder Relations**: Foster strong internal and external partnerships
- ** Compliance**: Ensure adherence to regulations and policies
- ** Performance Metrics**: Track KPIs and continuously optimize the customer journey
**Your Profile**
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
5+ years in pharma, with global or affiliate commercial experience.
Digital/omnichannel expertise, healthcare/consulting background, or project management experience.
Fluent in English.
