**Job Description**:
**WHAT WE DO IN OWNER DOMAIN AND IN THE TEAM**

The Owner Domain at AVIV group is part of the Product & Tech organization and its objective is to create the #1 marketplace in Europe to support consumers in all their real-estate projects.

Building on local expertise from Immowelt (Germany & Austria), Immoweb (Belgium), Groupe SeLoger and Meilleurs Agents (France), we design, develop and maintain solutions helping property owners understand the real estate market, the value of their properties and connect them with the best professionals to make their project a success.

Your future team's main goal is to create White Label bricks from scratch or from features that already exist in AVIV to make them as performant and scalable as possible for our Europeen brand. This is a pure tech team with a high level of expertise and skills in back and front end development. That’s why the members of this team are also tech support for the other teams. Mentoring is in the heart of the team.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN**:

- Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers to conceive and develop AVIV websites
- Be the technical expert to which junior developers refer to
- Lead architecture proposals
- Provide his expertise to analyze product needs and suggest solutions taking into account the overall architecture choices of the platform
- Work with product teams and are an adept of Lean and agile concepts
- Be able to contribute to AVIV communication in the tech ecosystem by taking part in talks, conferences, articles, etc.

**Qualifications**:
**AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS**:

- A huge expertise in any of Python / NodeJS & TypeScript.
- A good autonomy and a sharp knowledge of the back-end and architecture concepts.
- The mentoring mindset and eagerness to help junior developers.
