Together, we will build on our company’s long history and keep on leading the way to a better world. **Discover your exciting role**: Exyte France is looking for an Electrical Package Owner for a Data Center project in Paris. As main mission, you will be responsible for the management, control and deliverables of the Electrical package from design to completion. You will ensure that the client's and Exyte's objectives are met and report directly to the Construction Manager and the Project Director. **Explore your tasks and responsibilities**: As part of your duties of Electrical Package Owner, you will be responsible for: - Managing the electrical subcontractors and develop a good relationship with his/her management. - Supervising the team in the installation of electrical equipment - Ensuring that installations comply with specifications, electrical codes and safety standards. - Overseeing pre-construction activities for this package, including sub-contractor design, validation, manufacturing, testing and deliverables. - Understanding specifications, drawings and all other project and engineering documents related to the discipline. Keeps a record of all work carried out and "action lists". - Obtaining quality documentation and check that it conforms to project procedures, specifications and design. - Ensuring that the project's safety requirements are applied and make improvements where necessary. - Optimizing resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.
