Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role:
A prestigious luxury resort in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Head Pastry Chef to lead and elevate its pastry operations across multiple high-end dining outlets, including the launch of a boutique cake shop. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and passionate pastry professional to showcase their expertise and be featured as the face of the pastry program in all marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all pastry and bakery operations across the resort
- Develop innovative and high-quality pastry menus catering to diverse cuisines
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of skilled pastry chefs and bakers
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and excellence in all pastry offerings
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Take ownership of the newly launched boutique cake shop, creating signature desserts and representing the brand in promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Expertise in European and International pastry styles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Creative vision with a passion for innovation in pastry and bakery
- Experience in the Middle East (Abu Dhabi or UAE) is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
