STS, dont les sites français regroupent plus de 1000 salariés, recherche **un/une Responsable industrialisation projet.**
Localisation : St Désirat avec possible déplacement en France et Outre-Atlantique
Vous intégrez le service Process, rattaché(e) au Responsable Process, vous êtes en charge des missions suivantes:
Dans le cadre de la méthodologie de conduite de projet « nouveau véhicule / nouveau produit » garantir le bon déroulement:
- Du développement du schéma industriel global depuis les fournisseurs jusqu'aux clients (flux physique et flux d'informations),
- Des équipements associés (moyens d'assemblage, packaging, préhension, balancelles peinture, système d'information logistique ),
- De l'industrialisation des projets dont il a la responsabilité,
- Travailler en coordination avec les experts des différents métiers liés à son activité (process moulage, process peinture, process collage etc.),
- Participer et Manager la mise au point des nouvelles machines de parachèvement pièces plastiques ;
- Participer à l'amélioration continue du métier, de nos organisations et des méthodologies, à des actions de capitalisation et à des actions de productivité,
- Proposer des solutions lors des réunions techniques et de service, dans un souci de faire évoluer et d’améliorer les performances de la fonction.
**Profil**:
- Diplôme d’ingénieur - génie industriel ou BTS Mécanique et Automatisme Industriels (M.A.I) ou DUT Génie mécanique
- Expérience en industrialisation robotique ou machines spéciales ou gestion de projet industriel
- Connaissance en automatisme SCHNEIDER serait un plus
- Maitrise du Pack Office
- Anglais obligatoire
- Rigueur et autonomie
