**What you'll be doing**:
- Building the Account Planning
- Coordinating a large team supporting the account (Local AM, Contract Manager, CSM)
- Hunting new whitespace BT solution and making the pipe growth working on IT and Business contacts
- Closing new business : using negotiation skills to upsell within the customer
- Being able to work close to BT partners with an important footprint with the customer to increase our pipeline
- Capacity to do a strong lobying on CEO, CIO and also Business contacts (CFO,) and leverage BT Sponsorship to position BT as a key supplier
- Growth Revenue of the account
- This is a global role, there could be need to travel

- Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
- Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service
- Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended is an advantage
- Ability to comprehend and to oversee various aspects of a problem or a situation is an advantage
**Professional skills**:
- Negotiation skills and closing abilities
- Good communication (internal with the team) and external customer
- Strategic skills able to provide a plan for 3 years
- Lobbying skills
- Coordination skills worldwide (federate a large team)
**Language skills**:
- English on a fluent level
- French on a fluent level
