**Business Analyst -Retail (France)**

**What will you be doing?**

Our Retail team (for Selective Beauty, Sport, Toys industries) is seeking a Business Analyst who will actively support the team in building relationships with our retailers, providing them with value-added insights and driving revenue within our accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- You have a strong desire to gain and develop your experience in servicing strategic clients: you answer day to day requests, providing value-adding analysis and you prepare retailer presentations.
- You support the Retail managers in expanding and enhancing our servicing to retailers and actively contributing to increase their satisfaction.
- You develop a strong market expertise and a keen understanding of our retailers organization/strategies and use this knowledge to prepare your analysis.

**Requirements**:

- With an educational background in Business or Marketing, you have 1-2 years of experience in Research marketing, or category management.
- You have strong analytical skills to digest diverse data sets and generate impactful and engaging analyses and presentations.
- A desire for consumer behaviour/purchasing journey, marketing, advertisement, and the economy is a must - and preferable within the world of Retail and/or Beauty, Sport, Toys.
- You are client driven with a strong commercial appetite to develop the business with your clients and contribute to Circana revenue growth
- With strong communication and organizational skills, you enjoy working in a team and you have the capacity to use your initiative for proposing new ideas.
- Overall we are looking an enthusiastic, creative and innovative person with a real passion & knowledge for the Retail industry.
- You have a strong command of MS Office (Excel, PPT)
