More than ever, Ceva is committed to a "One Health" approach. **Your missions**: The position Poultry Corporate Strategic & Key accounts Manager will: - Report to the Corporate Poultry Franchise Director - Be Member of the Corporate Poultry Franchise team (18 pax) which include Range Managers, Vets Services Department, Vaccination Services department and Scientifique direction as well as different Communication & Event staff. - Work in matrix / dotted lines with Zone and Countries KAM leadership / focus on Poultry - as well as with Corporate Franchise members supporting Ceva's solutions & offers. Scope : Global including US, BR and China (excluding Australia) / multiple 100 m€ Revenues / Poultry vaccines You will be responsible of 2 main missions: 1 - Design and implement 3 years Account Business Plan for 7 to 10 Strategic accounts in collaboration with Poultry Zone Franchise manager & Country manager, BU manager & National KAM. 2 - Ensure the design and implementation follow up of national KAM plan by National KAM - according to Ceva methodology and in alignment with the National managers ( Country and BU managers) - Organise periodical reviews of the plan achievement across the year. This roadmap is not exhaustive, to come a number of opportunities for evolution in the organisation in a 3 to 5 years timelapse. **Your profile**: Poultry Veterinarian or Agriculture eng. or Nutritionist with a minimum 10 / 15 years experience in Poultry production or Poultry Animal Health. You demonstrate the following skills: °Solid experience in Key account management °Business driven with strategic mindset. °Good communication skills & High level of Leadership for coaching and onboarding people °English speaker compulsory - Spanish speaking is a plus - French °Ideally located in France - Europe is a must.
