**【Job Requirements】**: 1. Receiving and Shelving: Oversee the receiving and shelving of purchased goods, ensuring accurate receipt, quality inspection, and proper shelving within the warehouse. 2. Team Management: Manage the receiving team, providing guidance, task assignment, performance monitoring, and training as necessary to ensure efficient and accurate completion of daily tasks. 3. Coordination: Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to confirm delivery schedules, address receiving exceptions promptly, and ensure timely delivery of goods by communicating with suppliers and logistics partners. 4. Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes, implement best practices, and develop strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs. 5. Quality Control: Ensure all received goods meet quality standards, maintain shelf accuracy through regular audits and inspections, and take corrective action as needed.
