**Your role**
Being part of the Global project team, this position plays a key role in supporting the Project Management Team in the preparation and execution of ERP implantation.

For 23 sites, working closely with the local functional teams as well as the global SAP project team you:

- Prepare (for the Project Management) Team the Operational SteerCo slide-deck + Minutes of Meeting.
- Prepare the project reporting, follow-up the project KPI, risk management.
- Track project progress (via Clarizen or other tool) and performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of project Milestones.
- Alert the Project Management Team
- Follow-up the LOP (List of Open Point), interact with the different project stakeholders.
- Create/follow-up the project Material/documentation.
- Ensure the new project comers (internal external) onboarding (user access.).
- Follow-up of the project team timesheets (internal
- External) - Execute the Project invoice control (internal external),
- Assist the project Director for different activities (Meeting organization etc )

**About you**
Your skills in project execution and Information Systems sensitivity allow you to be a true field expert. You also know how to work in a multicultural environment in a context of projects requiring autonomy, strength of proposal, sense of responsibility and team spirit. English and French fluent compulsory, another language will be a plus. Customer oriented. Strong capability to communicate with the different stakeholders. Pragmatic, empathic and understanding the realities of the job and the environment in which project members perform their functions Able to build and maintain relationships while also focusing on project needs For the global deployment project phase, willing to travel 30-40% of your time.
