**Areas of Responsibility**:
The project manager ensures the development of wind projects at various stages, from site identification to permit authorizations. The project manager is fully responsible for the quality, budget, timeline and acceptance of his project’s portfolio. His tasks mainly include:
Scouting:

- Identify the territory’s main constraints (mainly technical and environmental)
- Ensure the potential resource on site with the team of resource assessment
- Coordinate the land strategy to secure the appropriate land with the land department
- Create and develop relations with local communities
- Evaluate the strengths or the main risks and challenges of the projects with potential mitigation
- Coordinate a development budget
- Present the project to the company’s management to validate to move on to development phase

Project development:

- Ensure relationships and consultation with various project stakeholders: institutions (administrations and state services), elected officials, residents, landowners, and local associations. Be able to negotiate with these stakeholders towards a commonly accepted project and propose the local and corporate initiative (ie. ESG plan)
- Lead, coordinate and validate with internal experts the external studies necessary for the development of the projects (environmental, acoustic, landscape studies)
- Coordinate all activities with the support of internal teams and their expertise to consolidate projects (layout, environment, legal, land leases, conciliation, etc.)
- Support Land management activities signing land contracts
- Submit requests for administrative authorizations and follow up on their progress with state services
- Ensure continuous relationships in the territory to identify potential events that may impact projects
- Support legal department to present projects at government’s wind tenders (AO CRE)
- Be responsible for the filing of the final investment decision paper to transfer the project to the construction department

**Studies**:
Master’s degree engineering, business school.
**Work Experience**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in wind/solar project development or scouting, or similar experience.
**Languages**:

- French: fluent
- English: level B2
- Italian would be a plus

**IT Skills**:

- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Project management tools
- ARC GIS/Qgis, would be a plus
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP would be an upside

**Know - How & Managerial Skills**:

- Strong interest in renewables
- Excellent understanding of renewables energies or environment sector
- Project management expertise
- Mastery of the renewable energy regulatory context
- Strong analytical thinking and analysis ability
- Ability to work in a team, high commitment, preciseness
- Excellent oral communication skills
