**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Essential Functions:_

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be mainly involved in activities related to the project and maintenance on its scope of activities.

You will be the relay between the development teams and the rest of the collaborators (sales, external customers, production...).

You will be in charge of setting up the planning (sprint) and monitoring progress (global vision).
You will be in charge of managing priorities, investigating maintenance issues and some acceptance phases.

You will be required to work in English to collaborate with other Wiser teams around the world.

For the implementation of projects, the main tasks are:

- Framing of the needs with the customers
- Writing of general and detailed functional specifications
- Breakdown of specifications into tasks and creation of tickets
- Management of the release process
- Management of the planning and the follow-up of the developments

As for maintenance, the main tasks are:

- Qualification of maintenance tickets reported by customers
- Assignment of tickets and management of the schedule
- Communication with customer contacts
- Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience_
- Bac +2/3 in project management
- 3+ years experience in a similar position
- Dynamic and multi-tasker
- Who is fluent in writing, with impeccable grammar and spelling in French and English
- Who masters the Pack Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel...)
- Who masters project management tools (Jira, confluence)
