Nous recherchons un ingénieur spécialisé en intelligence artificielle (IA) et en Systèmes d?Information Géographique (SIG) afin de rejoindre un projet ambitieux et innovant visant à évaluer et modéliser les risques climatiques liés à des événements extrêmes. Ce projet, porté par un grand groupe international en collaboration avec Nvidia et des experts en climatologie, s?appuie sur les dernières avancées en deep learning et en modélisation climatique pour concevoir des solutions adaptées aux enjeux environnementaux actuels et futurs.
Votre rôle principal consistera à concevoir et développer une preuve de concept (PoC), en mettant en place un pipeline de traitement de données et des expérimentations robustes qui pourront être reproduites et utilisées pour d?autres cas d?usage. Vous serez chargé d?intégrer des modèles académiques avancés et des outils de pointe, tels que ceux proposés par Nvidia (Earth2Studio) et Google Graphcast, au sein d?un cadre technique performant, optimisé pour les expérimentations sur AWS.
Maîtrise de Python, en particulier avec les bibliothèques spécialisées comme xarray, PyTorch, et d?autres outils pour le traitement des données climatiques et géospatiales.
Expérience en Systèmes d?Information Géographique (SIG) et manipulation de données géospatiales.
Compétence dans l?intégration de modèles académiques ou industriels (ex. Nvidia Earth2Studio, Google Graphcast).
**Deep Learning et cloud computing**:
Expérience significative avec les modèles de deep learning avancés (incluant les foundation models).
Expertise dans la mise en ?uvre d?expériences sur AWS, y compris l?utilisation de GPU pour des charges de travail intensives.
Capacité à concevoir des setups robustes et optimisés, tout en respectant les contraintes de sécurité d?entreprise.
**Visualisation et reporting**:
Capacité à produire des visualisations scientifiques claires et des rapports détaillés pour documenter les résultats des expériences.
**Collaboratif**: Capacité à travailler en équipe avec des experts en climatologie et en risques de catastrophes naturelles.
**Rigoureux**: Attachement à la qualité du code et des processus pour assurer des résultats fiables et réutilisables.
**Proactif**: Autonomie dans la gestion des tâches et force de proposition pour améliorer les pipelines et les expérimentations.
Minimum 5 ans d?expérience dans le développement logiciel, idéalement appliqué au climat, aux risques, ou à des projets scientifiques.
Expérience préalable dans l?utilisation des outils SIG et dans des projets scientifiques collaboratifs est un atout.
Bac+5 minimum (école d?ingénieur, master scientifique) dans l?un des domaines suivants : informatique, data science, intelligence artificielle, géomatique, ou climatologie.
Anglais courant (écrit et oral) pour collaborer avec des partenaires académiques et industriels internationaux.
