Nous recherchons un "In Store Commercial Manager" pour notre magasin Flagship H&M Home de Paris. En tant que In-Store Commercial Manager H&M Home tu es responsable de planifier et d’accompagner tes équipes de vente pour augmenter les ventes et maximiser la rentabilité du magasin. Ensemble, vous offrez une expérience client unique et inspirante. **Tes principales responsabilités**: Fournir un excellent service à nos clients en magasin et animer ton équipe pour qu'elle garde toujours le client au centre de ses préoccupations. Accompagner ton équipe pour maximiser les ventes et la rentabilité. Avec ton équipe tu crées des présentations inspirantes et commerciales. Donner l'exemple à ton équipe en agissant toujours dans le respect des valeurs du groupe H&M, de l'ADN de la marque H&M Home et des attentes globales du leadership. Assurer les « best practices » des activités opérationnelles et des procédures de back-office. **Ton profil**: Passionné(e) par le service client et par la décoration d’intérieur Orienté(e) vers les résultats Organisé(e) et capable de gérer une forte activité Intéressé(e) et sensible aux tendances dans la décoration d’intérieur Attitude positive et recherche l’amélioration constante Volonté d'apprendre et d’accompagner ses équipes **Pour réussir dans ce poste**: Tu parles Anglais (lu,ecrit, parlé) niveau A2 Tu as une experience de Manager (2ans minimum) avec une forte expertise sur le Visual Merchandising Paris, France 14 rue des Capucines Art der Tätigkeit permanent **Ce que nous t'offrons**: Le groupe H&M offre des possibilités de carrière infinies en France et à l’international.
