HR Coordinator

Temporary Contrat / CDD 12 mois
- As part of the start-up and operation of a biotechnology production plant, Just-Evotec Biologics EU is looking for a motivated HR Coordinator who wants to be part of the Just Evotec journey to improve global access to biotherapeutic products._
- Duties and Responsibilities:

- The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support in all areas of HR, including employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. You will report to the HR Site Head of Just Evotec Biologics EU.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies and procedures- Partner with the HR Site Head to co-manage employee relations matters- Contribute to the improvement of the onboarding process with the support of the HRA team and manage offboarding (exit interviews)- Prepare and facilitate internal training to employees and leaders- Prepare Work Council agendas and follow up documents in coordination with the Social Relation Expert and the HR Site Head- Prepare HR data and reporting- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and other HR-related documentation- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations- Other HR-related tasks as requested

Education and Experience Requirements- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law or related field- 1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations- Fluency in French & English required- Strong organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and the ability to be detail
- oriented- Good communication skills, written and oral- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and collaborate well with others
