**Team**:
We are looking to expand our team to support our rapid growth. Our headquarter is in Paris and we also have an office in Marseille, with a global and diverse team of about 40 tech, product, growth and sales experts. You’ll join our Product & Tech team, led by Etienne (Co-founder and CTO), comprising 15 talented people in tech, product, data and CSR expertise with both junior and senior profiles, as well as men and women.

You’ll work directly and report to the founders Pierre (CEO) and Etienne, and you will collaborate with all Beavr teams.

**We have a flexible work policy (not full remote). You can be based in Paris or Marseille.**

**Role**:
As our **AI Workflow Engineer**, you will be Beavr’s internal catalyst for smarter, faster, and better ways of working. Your mission: to identify high-leverage automation opportunities across teams, build scrappy MVPs to test impact, and then scale the best solutions into durable workflows that change the way we work.

You will report directly to the CEO and CTO, and collaborate with all Beavr teams—from Client Operations to Product and Marketing—to bring the best of AI and automation into their everyday tools and processes.

**Key responsibilities**

**Internal AI roadmap definition**
- Work with different teams to understand bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or repeatable tasks that could benefit from automation
- Identify high-potential use cases for AI or low-code solutions across internal workflows
- Fit priority use cases into a comprehensive roadmap aiming at shipping fast improvements

**Prototyping**
- Build simple, quick prototypes to validate ideas fast—think scripts, bots, AI-powered tools or workflows
- Test and iterate in real use cases to ensure value and usability

**Scaling & integration**
- When a prototype works, turn it into a reliable solution: scalable, maintainable, and documented.
- Integrate workflows with internal tools and databases (e.g., Notion, Slack, CRM, project management tools, etc.)

**Team enablement**
- Share knowledge across teams—train non-technical teammates to use tools, improve prompts, or build simple automations themselves
- Help teams stay up to date with AI capabilities relevant to their roles

**AI thought leadership**
- Stay on top of new AI and automation tools and help Beavr remain ahead of the curve
- Contribute to Beavr’s internal culture of experimentation and pragmatism around AI
- Build in public: be our external voice regarding everything AI-related, contribute to conveying a cutting-edge brand for Beavr

**Qualifications**:

- ** Must have**
- You’re a builder at heart: comfortable with code, APIs, and low-code platforms
- You’ve already built automations or AI-powered workflows (or yourself and for others) and know how to use tools like n8n
- A hacker mindset: pragmatic, resourceful, creative - you love solving real-world problems
- Curious and proactive—always seeking smarter ways to work
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of French is a plus
