To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team. **Your missions**: We are looking for a **Global e-Business Category Manager** to join our team. Reporting to the Global e-business manager, you will be responsible for helping us build a global e-Business product portfolio, working cross-functionally to accelerate profitable sales. Your expertise will drive the analysis, strategy, and development of innovative product offerings to meet market demand and profitability goals. You will deliver a margin-accretive e-Business portfolio that drives incremental growth across global markets. The scope of work is global and includes key e-Business customers (Amazon, Chewy, Zooplus). - Analyze category and sub-category trends to identify new opportunities for growth. - Collaborate with the Global E-Business Manager to refine and enhance the product mix based on demand and profitability. - Propose and develop new product formats (e.g., bundles, larger packs, variety packs) to drive incremental growth across e-Business channels. - Contribute to the development of product strategy, focusing on promotional SKUs and profitability drivers. - Own the project of developing e-Business-ready packaging that is compliant with SIPP/FFP (SIOC). - Support markets in executing their product catalogues and ensure consistency across regions. - Work closely with the Franchise (brand teams) to maximize sales potential. **Your profile**: - 3+ years of experience in e-Business or category management is required. Retail/FMCG experience is an advantage. - Experience in global environment is a plus. - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any other relevant field is a plus but not required. - Strong analytical, cross-functional, and project management skills. - Ability to read and understand a P&L. - Deep commercial awareness and business acumen. - Proven ability to earn trust, influence decisions, and take a bias for action. - Proficiency in English is required. **Additional Requirements**: - Hybrid role: Remote work is possible, with regular travel to the office in Libourne - Additional travel within Europe and the USA as part of the role. **Why Join Us?** If you’re passionate about driving global product strategies and working within dynamic e-Business environments, we want you on our team.
