To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team. **Your missions**: In a business where innovation and proximity to the field are key success factors, reporting to the Intertropical Africa Director, you will deploy the Ruminants BU strategy in your area, at the interface between local teams and Corporate. Marketing - Define the short and medium-term strategy of the Ruminant BU in your scope, in line with Group strategy. - Develop and manage the marketing plan for Intertropical Africa, and ensure its deployment at country level in collaboration with the operational teams. - Ensure financial management of the business: P&L, sales budget, margins, OPEX. - Actively monitor the market to identify new growth drivers (countries, customers, products). - Manage the product life cycle : launches, registration plans, positioning and deployment. - Oversee communication campaigns and digital strategy - Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal teams (regulatory affairs, supply, operations). Technical - Train and coach local teams in coordination with Country Operations Managers - Train and lead the importer/distributor network - Design, coordinate and analyze field trials - Organize or participate in seminars, congresses and exhibitions - Promote the company's image and expertise to decision-makers: local authorities, donors, NGOs, institutes, etc. **Your profile**: - Graduate veterinary diploma or agri/agro engineer - Experience in animal health and cattle production - Skills in strategic marketing and portfolio management - Leadership, autonomy, ability to convince and enjoy working in a team - Comfortable in a multicultural environment, excellent interpersonal skills and customer service oriented - Fluent in French and English - A first managerial experience and/or knowledge of the African continent would be a real asset Job based in Libourne (33), with regular trips to intertropical Africa (20-40% of the time).
